They moved from place to place to hunt and gather food and seek shelter from changing weather patterns. The Mesopotamians/Sumerians were one of the first to “settle down” in one place and build cities. A. Identify 3 tools/technologies from the Sumerian society that allowed the Mesopotamians to stop migrating from place to place and establish permanent settlements. B. Describe how each tool/technology identified in part A improved life in the Fertile Crescent.
